We are excited to let you know that we now offer virtual versions of some of our seminars through webinar events. These webinars also provide the opportunity to earn continuing education credits. VMC School of Practice Management – Spring 2021

A One-Week Comprehensive Training Program for Practice Managers
You will learn how to become or enhance your skills to be an effective veterinary practice manager. This school is taught by people who have “been there and done that”, it will be a life-changing experience.
Our small class size provides an intimate learning environment, giving you ample time to discuss the material and share with your group. You’ll get to network while you immerse yourself in an unforgettable learning experience.
We cover all of this and more:
- Daily operations, including inventory and client service
- Human resources
- Financial management, including controlling costs, fee schedules, and capturing lost charges
- Marketing
You’ll get significant, long-term value from your investment: outstanding tools, impressive skills, and follow-up coaching that will support your practice and enrich your career.

CE Credits: The course is eligible for 40 hours of continuing education (CE) credits toward your CVPM certification (VHMA-approved course ID 12-24). Upon completion, you’ll have six months’ access to all instructors so that you can ask questions, discuss situations, review policies and protocols, or just review your progress.
The $4,900 tuition for the school includes five full days of instruction, six months of follow-up coaching, course materials, all meals (except dinner) and a certificate of completion. A $3,000 deposit is required to guarantee registration for the course.

Registration Confirmation:
All registrants will receive a confirmation and receipt within three business days of receipt of registration followed by a calendar invitation with a link to the webinar.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration up to 14 business days before the seminar or webinar. Your registration fee will be refunded, but there will be a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations 14 days or less before the event will forfeit your tuition.
